My journey is a testament to the power of resilience and self-discovery.

After a life-altering brush with mortality, I embarked on a transformative path that led me from a life of quiet dissatisfaction to one brimming with purpose.

Through women's leadership programs and deep personal work, I uncovered the keys to living authentically.

Now, as a certified Freedom Teacher and meditation guide, I empower other women to unlock their potential and embrace lives of genuine fulfillment.

My approach blends compassion with practical wisdom, creating a safe space for women to explore, grow, and thrive.

Hey there, I'm Wendy

A near-death experience in 2001 transformed my life forever.

After surviving necrotising fasciitis and losing vital organs, I faced not just physical recovery, but the dissolution of my marriage.

Yet, this profound journey gifted me with a powerful message...we can create from Love or Fear – the choice is ours.

This revelation sparked my mission to untangle the fears holding me back and discover my authentic self. Through facing unhealed hurts, shame, and self-loathing, I emerged stronger, guided by Love every step of the way.

Now, I dedicate myself to helping other women silence their inner critic and break free from invisible shackles.

By combining spiritual awakening, psychological insights, and embodiment, we can unleash our true potential.

My journey, though challenging, taught me who I truly am.

Second, I learned to embrace love in its many forms. By opening my heart to others and, crucially, to myself, I unlocked a wellspring of positivity and resilience.

This newfound capacity for love became a powerful catalyst for change in all areas of my life.
